1. USE OF MACHINES

The machines are intended exclusively for washing and drying household laundry.

Before use, please check all clothing pockets (remove money, keys, tissues, etc.).

Do not overload the washing machines or dryers – respect the maximum capacity indicated on the device.

The machines are not suitable for washing carpets.

Laundry and pet items should only be washed or dried in the pet corner.

You may bring your own detergent and fabric softener, however, our machines automatically dispense detergent which is included in the price of use.

2. HYGIENE AND ORDER

Please leave the space clean and tidy for the next users.

In case of spilled detergent or water, wipe the area.

After use, please return the baskets to their place.

3. STAYING IN THE PREMISES

While washing or drying, you may wait in the space or come back later.

Please collect your laundry on time to avoid blocking machines and making others wait.

Laundry left unattended for a longer period may be removed by staff or other users with maximum care.

The last wash must be started no later than one hour before the end of the indicated working hours.

4. SAFETY AND RESPONSIBILITY

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the laundry.

Veshtid d.o.o. is not responsible for any damage to clothing caused by improper use of the machines.

Do not leave children unattended.

Video surveillance is used for the safety of users and protection of property.
